Boyer /s/ SUBJECT: Audit of USAID/Pakistan’s Capacity Building Program for the Federally Administered Tribal Areas Development Program (Audit Report No. 5-391-10-005-P) This memorandum transmits our final report on the subject audit. In finalizing the audit report, we considered your comments on the draft audit report and have included the comments in their entirety in appendix II. The audit report contains four recommendations to assist the mission in improving various aspects of the program. On the basis of information provided by the mission in response to the draft report, we determined that final action has been taken on recommendation 1. In addition, management decisions have been reached on recommendations 2, 3, and 4. A determination of final action will be made by the Audit Performance and Compliance Division upon completion of the planned corrective actions.
