In finalizing the report, we considered your comments on the draft report and included the comments in their entirety in appendix II. This report contains three recommendations to assist the mission in improving its management and oversight of the Alternative Development Program Expansion, South West. On the basis of the information provided by the mission in response to the draft report, we determine that management decisions have been reached on all recommendations. A determination of final action will be made by the Audit Performance and Compliance Division upon completion of the planned corrective actions for recommendations 1, 2, and 3.
