In finalizing the report, we carefully considered your comments and have included your comments in Appendix II. The report includes 5 recommendations for USAID/Afghanistan’s action. Based on your comments and the documentation provided, we consider that final action has been taken on Recommendation Nos. 3 and 5, and that management decisions have been reached on dation Nos. 1, 2 and 4. A determination of final action for Recommendations Nos. 1, 2 and 4 will be made by the Audit Performance and Compliance Division (M/CFO/APC) upon completion of the proposed corrective actions.
